“Your Show is Safe in a Showcase”

The Showcase commitment is to design and produce a top quality long lasting product that will maintain the safety of the items contained within. The unique Showcase design provides for a “solid” closure system that has successfully weathered a number of calamities including a truck “roll over” where the Showcases were the only cases that survived with contents intact and undamaged. The cases are long lasting and, with only the occasional re-foaming, there are Showcases that are still actively on the road after 9 years of use.

Our Valances: Showcase uses a proprietary aluminum extrusion, designed by us, on the corners as well as the male and female valence that ensures a secure closure for all doors and lids. These valances are the heaviest available in the industry.

Our Latches: Showcase uses heavy ATA-approved latches that are attached with Pop-type Rivets backed with washers rather than split rivets used in other construction. Shown in photo - (L) Over Valance Latch (R) Flush Latch.

Our Corners and Walls: The Showcase corners, designed by us, were developed to be stronger and hold better by griping from 3 sides and tying the aluminum of the frame into the sides in 3 spots rather than just tying into the wood. Showcase uses ¼ inch 5-ply Baltic Birch for the walls which is lighter and stronger than the 3/8 inch Luan Plywood used by many other case makers (Luan is a low cost 3-ply plywood with weak filler laminate).

Our propritary Corners and Clamps: Exclusive Showcase Square Ball Corners and Clamps Transfer External Forces Into our Frame not your Equipment! We are the only case company that positively connects all our aluminum frame to the Corners and clamps. This gives you a solid cage of protection.

Our Laminate: Showcases are laminated with “floor” grade Mica. Mica is impervious to sun and most chemicals unlike ABS plastic used in other cases. ABS plastic tends to sun age which results in wrinkling and cracking within a short period of time.

Our Handles: Heavy duty ATA-rated handles are carefully placed in sufficient number to make moving and lifting easier and safer for the road crew. Shown in photo - (L) Surface Handle (R) Flush Handle.

Our Casters: Showcase uses heavy duty industrial quality casters in a number adequate to provide smooth movement of all sized boxes. Casters are even added when needed to enhance opening and support of extra heavy doors.
